We offer free standard shipping on all freeze dryer units within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer monthly payment plans, allowing you to pay for your unit over time.
What is the warranty policy on Harvest Right machines?
Every new freeze dryer comes with a 3-year limited warranty that covers the full unit for the first year and the refrigeration system for the following two years.
Can I return my unit if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returned units must be in their original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee.
What kind of maintenance is required for the vacuum pump?
Standard oil pumps require an oil change after every 5 to 10 batches to ensure peak performance, while our oil-free pumps require no regular oil maintenance.
