At Harvest Right, we stand behind the quality of our home freeze dryers and offer a 30-day return window for products in original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your preservation equipment and overall experience.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
- 2.Clean and Pack
Ensure your freeze dryer is thoroughly cleaned, dry, and securely packed in its original heavy-duty crate and packaging materials to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Ship to Factory
Affix the RMA label clearly to the outside of the crate and arrange for freight pickup or drop-off at an authorized shipping center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for completeness and condition, we will process your refund, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees, to your original payment method.
